Next time you see a plane flying overhead near Highmore look to see if it's with NCFE Air, LLC. They are helping local farmers but needed to improve scheduling for aerial spraying. Without close access to an airplane hangar, that was easier said than done. Thanks to a loan issued through REED, the hangar was built at the Highmore, SD, airport and business has picked up.
