What We Do

REED offers loans that:

  • contribute to job, business, and wealth creation
  • improves the infrastructure and economic base in rural areas

The fund demonstrates cooperative principles of commitment to community and cooperation among cooperatives in a meaningful way that adds value to the local economy. REED Fund is a 501c3 nonprofit corporation and does not restrict its lending to members of a rural electric cooperative.
