To enable REED to confirm your project’s location within our geographic region and determine its eligibility for financing, please complete the intake form below. Once we have received your information, you will receive a reply message containing the application form and instructions on how to complete and submit it. If your project is out of the region or doesn’t qualify for any of our programs, you will also receive a response. Any information you submit will be held in confidence.

If you are submitting this request after normal working hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday, your response may not arrive until the next working day.
