It was completed in 1995 and is currently home to four businesses including the offices of the Aberdeen Development Corporation, who also hosts Small Business Development Center, Northeast Council of Governments and technology businesses. It has numerous prime lots available and is also bordered on the south side by Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. It is annexed into the city of Aberdeen and zoned Industrial I-2 with city water and sewer. Electrical Services are provided by Northern Rural Electric Cooperative and gas services by Northwestern Public Service.
