Trav’s Outfitters Receives Loan from Codington-Clark Electric Cooperative’s REED Fund

Watertown – Trav’s Outfitters, a locally-owned family business started in 2003, has recently expanded their operations to a new 28,000 square foot building on the NE side of Watertown on Highway 212. The REED Fund partnered with a local bank, GrowSD and ITC to help make financing for this expansion possible.   Trav’s Outfitters is a retail business that sells not only work and outdoor footwear, but also western, hunting, casual and athletic footwear.  Trav’s also carries apparel for work, hunting and biker wear.

The REED Fund also works closely with state and federal agencies, local banks and many other loan funds to finance community and economic development projects.  Codington-Clark Electric provides gap financing through REED to help business start-ups and expansions, create and retain jobs and assist communities with facilities, services and infrastructure needs.
